Membership Sales

  • Primary Role and Responsibilities:

    -Conduct direct membership sales to new members at Capstone Hospitality’s client club

    -Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales budget goals

    -Implement strategic membership sales plan at the client club

    -Implement the Capstone Hospitality lead generation programs to generate new qualified leads for prospective new members

    -Generate new leads via outbound calling, networking, and marketing

    -Complete new member sales reporting and on-boarding documentation

    -Work with current club members and staff to promote referral programs

    -Become an integral part of the club staff on-site at the private club and provide exceptional client relations to club management and staff

    -Generate and submit accurate monthly and annual sales reports

    Qualifications:

    -Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in sales and marketing

    -Minimum of 2 years collegiate or professional sports experience preferred

    -Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

    -Strong partnering, influencing, and relationship building skills

    -Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment, meet deadlines. and handle pressure

    -Self-driven and highly-motivated

    -Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems 

    -Strong organizational skills

    -Must be willing to attend training in Neptune Beach, FL

    Income Summary

    -Average annual salary inclusive of base + commissions is $75,000-$130,000+.Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income with no cap on commissions.

    - After completion of training, the Membership Sales Director will be assigned to a client club and be responsible for membership sales on-site at the assigned club.  Applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to the city where the private client club is located. Locations are in the U.S.

  • About the Role:

    Capstone Hospitality is seeking an energetic, creative, and organized Social Activities

    Coordinator (SAC) for one of our client clubs. The SAC will be responsible for

    developing, implementing, and promoting programs and events for members at the

    Club. The SAC will manage and oversee the rollout of creative and innovative and recreational activities while delivering exceptional experiences to all

    age groups. Additional responsibilities include managing staff and counselors on a weekly

    basis. The ideal candidate will have a magnetic personality that brings creative and out-

    of-the-box ideas, with a warm and welcoming personality. The SAC will work closely

    with other Club department leaders to cultivate synergy in a team-based organization.

    Job Responsibilities

     Program Development: Design, plan, and execute a well-rounded calendar of

    events and activities that engage members of all ages, including social

    gatherings, holiday celebrations, and youth programs, while maintaining

    organized records of participation and outcomes.

     Member Engagement: Partner with Membership Sales to conduct new member

    follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days, ensuring a welcoming and connected member

    experience.

     Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise social and youth program

    staff, fostering a fun, safe, and professional environment.

     Creative Collaboration: Work with the Social Committee and other Club

    departments to introduce new, exciting programs that enhance the overall

    member experience.

     Event Production: Oversee all event logistics, including décor, entertainment,

    floral arrangements, and day-of execution to ensure high-quality delivery.

     Marketing & Communications: Partner with the Communications Coordinator

    to promote events across Club channels, email, website, and social media, to

    maximize participation.

     Financial Oversight: Review and ensure accurate member billing; Contribute to

    the creation of programming budgets; Track event profitability and identify

    opportunities for revenue generation; manage payroll for event and youth staff.

    Qualifications

     Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, recreation, or hospitality (club

    or resort experience preferred)

     Proven ability to design and deliver creative and engaging events for families and

    children

     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

     Valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required)

     Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

     Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with Members, guests, and

    team members

     Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and families

    Compensation & Benefits

     Salary: $55k

     Comprehensive healthcare coverage

    Physical Demands

    This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, setting up and

    breaking down events, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The Social Activities

    Coordinator must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced,

    member-facing environment.

    Schedule

    The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays,

    to support Club events and programming.
