MEMBERSHIP SALES DIRECTORS

Capstone Hospitality is currently hiring Sales Directors responsible for developing, implementing, and executing membership sales programs at our client clubs. Sales Directors work to execute dynamic strategies to attract new members. This position requires a highly driven, competitive, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement our signature & strategic membership sales plan designed to meet membership goals for our client clubs

  • Generate leads via outbound calling to new markets

  • Timely follow-up on all leads, member referrals, and requests for information

  • Implement our proprietary lead generator systems including coordinating & hosting new and prospective member events and membership related open-houses

  • Work with the entire membership team to identify prospective members and promote referrals

  • Effectively respond to member feedback and project a friendly, helpful attitude to all members, guests, and prospective members of the club

Qualifications and Skills:

This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision to generate qualified leads and close sales. They must possess the ability to interact with current and potential clients at a professional & sophisticated level to build positive and collaborative relationships.

EVENTS SALES DIRECTORS

Capstone Hospitality is currently hiring Events Sales Directors responsible for developing, implementing, and executing events sales at our client clubs. Sales Directors work to execute dynamic strategies to attract new events clients. This position requires a highly driven, competitive, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

 Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement our signature & strategic sales plan designed to meet events and catering sales goals for our client clubs

  • Drive banquet revenues and ensure annual revenues are achieved from confirmed business

  • Maintain a working knowledge of food and beverage compositions and an understanding of kitchen and banquet service procedures

  • Accurate forecasting of Outings and Banquet business

  • Generate leads via outbound calling and B2B sales within new and existing markets

  • Timely follow-up on all leads, member referrals, and requests for information

  • Implement our proprietary lead generator systems to drive business and create new business revenue

  • Work with the entire Capstone and local club teams to identify prospective new clients through referrals and marketing

  • Effectively respond to client feedback and project a friendly, helpful attitude to all members, guests, and prospective guests and members of the club
